Quality
Our coffee is hand picked and hand selected. It is examined and inspected by real people (not machines) and must meet the highest quality standards.

Specialty Graded
Specialty coffee must score a minimum of 80 on a 100 point scale. Our coffee consistently scores 85-87 points. Don't be fooled by labels that say "gourmet" or "supreme." If you want specialty coffee, look for a cupping score above 80. If you want an excellent specialty coffee, try Third Day Coffee Seguin.

Custom Roasted
Your order is guaranteed to be fresh and delicious every time. We roast high quality beans in small batches over Texas Mesquite, which infuses a unique flavor into our coffee. For our Seguin Pecan, we roast over pecan shells and flavor roasted beans with pecan oil. We believe our coffee is the best coffee this side of Heaven!
